Lane, I just wanted to tell you that Cesar, and your other guys are still doing a great job for us with calibrations and turn around time. ECP keeps meeting our needs even on short notice you guys come thru. I am especially liking the online system to where we can locate our equipment and calibration certs. It has made tracking a lot easier. Plus your response time whether it’s email, text or phone call has been excellent. When I’m on a project, I get asked, where do we send our equipment to be serviced or who do we recommend? The first company that comes to mind is ECP, this also includes our internal as well.
